All on-time resolutions will be included in the HOD Handbook. The handbook will be posted no later than Friday, Oct. 4, at 8 a.m. Central. This posting will include the single large PDF of the handbook as well as the individual reference committee posts. The abridged handbook containing only the recommendations from reports and the resolve clauses from resolutions will also be available as a Word document and as a Google sheet.

The online reference committees will open for testimony on Friday, Oct. 4, by 5 p.m. Central and remain open for three weeks as per new HOD policy. The ORCs will close on Friday, Oct. 25, at 5 p.m. Central.

Reference committees will meet to develop their preliminary reference committee reports, which will be posted by 5 p.m. Central on Monday, Nov. 4. These reports will contain preliminary recommendations, including to reaffirm existing policy in lieu of submitted resolutions. There will be no reaffirmation consent calendar at the second opening session.
